"Lake Commissary Kitchen is commercial grade, shared use kitchen that gives local food service businesses a place to safely and legally prepare, cook and store food."
1. Yearly membership. (This allows you to get your business licence from the State of Florida.)
2. Hourly kitchen rental.
3. Storage. (First come first serve)
Requirements to join the commissary
1. Anyone that uses the kitchen MUST be a member of the commissary.
2. If you are selling food that you prepare and or cook in the kitchen you MUST be fully insured and licenced through the State of Florida.
3. All food service providers using the kitchen will have a Florida Food Handlers Certification.
4. All members of the commissary will abide by the kitchen rules. You MUST agree to treat the kitchen like it is YOUR kitchen.
