1. In order to book time in the kitchen user must be a member of the commissary which includes paying the the yearly commissary fee and refundable deposit and uploading all required documents.
2. You must prep, cook and store food to health department rules and regulations.
3. Entire facility must be cleaned and mopped after each use and all surfaces must be wiped clean.
4. Do not touch food or equipment that is not part of the commissary and or doesn't belong to you or your business.
5. All trash must be emptied and placed in dumpster after each kitchen use.
5. Do not bring children and guests into the kitchen for extended periods.
6. No smoking on the premises.
