Kitchen rules

1. In order to book time in the kitchen you must use the Pick Time app. 

​

2. You must prep, cook and store food to health department rules and regulations. 

​

3. Entire facility must be cleaned and mopped after each use and all surfaces must be wiped clean. 

​

4. Do not touch food or equipment that is not part of the commissary and or doesn't belong to you or your business. 

​

5. All trash must be emptied and placed in dumpster after each kitchen use. 

​

5. Do not bring children and guests into the kitchen for extended periods. 

​

6.  No smoking on the premises. 

​

7. Contact Rick IMMEDIATELY with any issues.
